This 60-minute session is designed for focused, results-driven work. We can target a specific problem area or take a full-body approach depending on your needs.

This 90-minute session allows for a more complete approach. We can work through the body as a whole while dedicating additional time to areas that require deeper attention. Ideal for ongoing maintenance and long-term progress.
